Accidentally moved applications to trash on Mac. HELP.?

I had accidentally moved erased the icon for applications on my toolbar at the bottom and when i was trying to move it back to the tool bar from finder, it went in the trashcan! How do I get it all back! Help! TEN POINTS FOR HELP.
