Is he losing interest in me or am I being paranoid.?

I'd put my money on u being paranoid. It isn't a guy's nature to say "I love u" all the time. We are taught by friends, family, and movies to be aloof. If he were the nice guy you'd leave him so he has to ignore u sometimes. Ignoring ppl has a way of making them want u more. He is ignoring u for the benefit of ur relationship, it means he loves u a lot. So quit bothering him.
