Wtf!? whats up with this? (super short)?

me and this guy like eachother and if one of us has to go its usually "i gtg night :)" and so i said that and instead of his normal response (kk goodnight :) ) he said "IYTT SEE YA" in caps. whyd he just do that all of the sudden?!
