Why does my husband never believe me?

My husband and I have been married for almost 6 months, and I'm not sure why but he has a problem with not believing me :( and we argue almost all the time. He has no reason to doubt me, I've always been honest with him and I do everything for him. But anyways, today I went over to my house to feed our two dogs and clean up the bathroom/back bedroom which is a mess and I forgot my phone at our in-laws, so when I came back to the house (our in-law's house) I grabbed the phone just when he was calling, and he was upset so I tried to explain to him that I was at our house, and had forgot my phone and he just stayed silent and then hung up on me. So then i sent him a text message explaining it again, and he said "why don't you tell me to just f**k off then", and I told him that I wasn't trying to say that and he just said "I gtg great talking to you. bye." I don't know what I did, but I do feel horrible. I don't think I deserved to get hung up on just because I forgot my phone and he won't believe me. He'll start arguments and say things that he knows will hurt me. I don't know why? Could it maybe be from the lack of intimacy? We haven't really done anything within the last month :( Please help??
