How to get them to be my best friends again?

so I have this group of four friends, lets call them Ashley, tori, David, and gabe. in 4th grade I made my best friend Ashley, and she had been my bestie ever since. in 5th grade I made my other bestie Tori, then 6th grade I made my bffs David and gabe. I'm in 9th grade now, and Ashley switched schools but I still get to see her on Tuesdays when we have youthgroup. during school, Tori David and gabe all love me and act like my best friends, but at youthgroup there is this girl who Is so mean and terrible and just yeah, let's call her jane. and so every tuesday night me and my friends go to youthgroup where I see Ashley, and Ashley never leaves my side because we both hate Jane and we are ignored by Jane. and Jane decided she wanted our group of friends as her best friends. she hates us, and tori David and gabe love her. all of our friends just completely ignore me and Ashley at youthgroup. and just i try to talk to Tori about it but she is not the emotional type and doesn't care how much I hate Jane she still hangs out with her. she's just like your overreacting we don't ignore you. Jane is extremely mean, she swears and is just so terrible to people. me and Ashley gossiep about Jane a lot, and today Tori and I rwere gossiping about Ashley, well Tori kindof was... I was trying to stick up for her and then she asked to borrow a pair of my shoes and i said later and she was like aww and I was like let's not talk about Ashley anymore Kay? and then she said why did u change the subject, and I was like well she is our friend she doesn't want to be gossiped about and then Tori was just like I gtg. so my questions, 1. how can I get my friends back and get them to <3 me? 2. when Tori said she had to go do you think she really had to go or she just wanted to avoid me because she didn't want to make things awkward 3. how can I get Jane to like me? (we don't know eachother that well and so I can't go up and talk to her) please no answers like these people aren't your friends.
