How do i find my minecraft folder in application support?

i have recently got this custom map and i want to put it in minecraft but when i do finder-library-application support i am 100% there is no minecraft folder please answer and dont say go on minecraft-texture&mods and click place folder here thingy cause it didn't work i am also using a mac so it is a bit diffrent
