Is my friend using me?

I have this "friend" who I used to see a lot but now I hardly ever see. We both live in the same city but we have different jobs/lives now so I guess that's normal. However, there are select times where she'll pop up back into my life. These times always seem to be when she needs something from me. For example, the last time I saw her was because she wanted someone to show her around the college she was about to start which I'd been to before. We had a good catch-up and things seemed like old times. I asked her if she wouldn't mind me tagging along to one of the other main college freshman events which she said was fine. On the day of the event she popped up online, but when I asked her what time we were meeting she became evasive and just said "Oh sorry I gtg I'm in a rush". I got a bit desperate and said "Hold on, I thought we were meant to be going to this fair together". She gave me a vague time and meeting place but in the end I just left it because she made me feel unwelcome.
