My leg was crushed, Should I be worried?

I Was buckling my infant in her carseat, When a driver pulled up WAY to close right next to me. My car door was wide open and I think she realized her mistake, She started to reverse out of the space and nearly half the time Im screaming and yelling at her to stop because my left leg is crushed between the open car door and the inside of my car as metal to metal scrapes. There was enough pressure to leave a gapping scratch in her car.. Anyways she pauses for a moment leaving my leg squished as im yelling at her to move, then finally my leg gets free'd It was the longest minute of my life. so basically that was a few hrs ago. my leg was really numb and kinda red and swollen for a few hrs, then it went down to just pain. now my whole left arm is going numb as well. From the inside of my armpit down to the elbow and down to my little finder and ring finger.. Its an annoying numbness pain. Hard to describe. Should I be worried? Or go to the ER tommorrow.. my doctors office is closed.
