Should i end this friendship with my ex?

I fell in love with this girl my junior year and we dated for 2 and a half years, until sometime this April i broke up with her. I still love her, but when we were dating I just got exhausted with her. And another reason is because we are young and I don't want to spend my entire life with just her, my first love, and my first serious relationship. I want to explore the world and do everything, sleep with other women, go clubbing or even strip clubbing, and get into new/different relationships. I just don't want boundaries. But even though I know that we won't get back together 98%, I do still love her and I want to stay friends with her. Shes a cool, fun girl and she wants to be friends too, and we've been having fun as friends. But the reason I don't know if I should stay friends with her even though I REALLY do is because I know shes going to get a boyfriend, and I think that might ruin a lot of the progress that I've made with this break-up. I'm a pretty jealous person at heart, especially with her. Can I please have some opinions on this situation, thank you =)
