What do I do?! Help!?

So I have a friend. She thinks of me like a brother but I think of her as a little more than that. But that's beside the point. Me and her were just texting each other and she said "I gtg sorry I just need to think. Bye" and she usually says "I love You" at the end of our conversations. Idk if she's mad at me or what. Also she's moving out of state in like a month. Do you think she's mad at me? She also had problems with another guy recently but that was a while ago and I'm pretty sure she's over it. Do you think she's mad at me? Or what? Help please!!
