This guyz confusing me?

Okay so when I joined this school earlier in the year (a few monthz ago) I gave him like a paper and stuff saying I loved him.. Okay so time went on and I tried to be friendz with him and stuff then I called him and was like hey I love you and he didnt say anything back.. he said he didnt love me but liked these other people.. then later on facebook he mssges me and says somthing like this : truth is i love you but you dont feel the same way about me i gtg ill talk to you latet when ..nvm that herez what he said: truth is i love you but u don't feel the same way im sorry i gtg i will talk to u later when the world has stopped because of me. What does that even mean? (That was copy and pasted btw) any wayz im in 8th grade (Dont talk about age please) So please help me out.. sorry about bad spelling and stuff im kind of in a rush to go somewhere...
